About the Meet the Founder
Mauro Gluzman is the founder and owner of We Drive Tampa, a luxury transportation company established in 2008with a commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and personalized chauffeur services throughout Florida.
Born in Venezuela to an Argentine family, Mauro immigrated to the United States in 2000, more than 25 years ago, with a vision of building a better future through hard work, dedication, and exceptional customer service. Like many entrepreneurs, he started from the ground up, learning every aspect of the transportation industry while earning the trust of every client, one ride at a time.
What began as a small local transportation service has grown into one of the Tampa Bay area's trusted luxury transportation companies, serving thousands of travelers, families, executives, vacationers, private aviation passengers, and international students.
Today, We Drive Tampa proudly provides airport transfers, corporate transportation, weddings, special events, IMG Academy in Mexico transportation, group travel, and private chauffeur services throughout Tampa, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, Orlando, Naples, and beyond.
Even after all these years, Mauro remains personally involved in the day-to-day operation of the company. He believes that every reservation deserves personal attention and that every passenger should be treated with professionalism, respect, and genuine care.
