1. Quotes, Rates and Confirmation+

A website price or starting price is a planning guide, not a guaranteed final rate. Your written quote is based on the trip information you provide, including date, time, route, stops, vehicle, passengers, luggage, wait time, parking, tolls, and special-event demand.

A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment is received and WDT sends a written confirmation showing the status as Confirmed. An automatic payment receipt alone does not confirm service.

WDT may correct an obvious pricing or typographical error before confirmation. If the corrected price is not accepted, any payment collected for that unconfirmed request will be returned.

2. Gratuity+

Sedan and SUV gratuity is not included and is optional. It may be added during checkout or given directly to the chauffeur.

Sprinter van and event transportation gratuity is included in the written quote unless the quote states otherwise.

3. Deposit, Balance and Payment+

Most reservations require a 25% deposit to hold the vehicle and chauffeur. Large-group, event, affiliate, or specialty reservations may require a different deposit.

The remaining balance is normally processed on the first day of the month in which the trip occurs. A different balance date may apply and will be shown in the written quote or confirmation.

Payments are processed through our secure reservation system. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Zelle, and cash when approved in advance.

4. Book with Confidence — Cancellations and Travel Credit+

We understand that plans can change. Eligible cancellations made with sufficient notice preserve part or all of the amount paid as travel credit for future WDT Limo service.

Sedan or SUV canceled 48 hours or more before pickup: 100% travel credit.

Sedan or SUV canceled between 24 and 48 hours before pickup: 50% travel credit.

Sedan or SUV canceled less than 24 hours before pickup, or a no-show: no travel credit.

Sprinter van, large van, minibus, or bus canceled 14 days or more before service: 100% travel credit.

Sprinter van, large van, minibus, or bus canceled between 7 and 13 days before service: 50% travel credit.

Sprinter van, large van, minibus, or bus canceled less than 7 days before service, or a no-show: no travel credit.

Travel credit is not a cash refund. It is valid for 12 months from the date issued and may be applied to available WDT service. The customer must pay any increase caused by a new date, route, vehicle, or service requirement.

Special events, multiple-vehicle reservations, affiliate service, or reservations requiring outside equipment may have different written cancellation terms. When a trip-specific written term differs from this general policy, the trip-specific term controls.

5. Rescheduling and Reservation Changes+

All change and rescheduling requests must be sent by email. Phone calls or text messages do not change a confirmed reservation unless WDT confirms the change in writing.

Changes are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. A change to the date, time, route, pickup, destination, airport terminal, private airport, stops, vehicle, or service duration may change the price.

Requests received before the applicable cancellation deadline may be rescheduled without a separate change fee, although any price difference still applies. Later requests may have a change fee, vehicle substitution, new rate, or may not be possible.

A last-minute change that WDT cannot confirm does not cancel the original reservation and may result in a no-show.

6. Extra Stops and Hourly Service+

A stop disclosed before confirmation is a planned stop and is included in the written quote.

Hourly service allows stops within the reserved time and service area while the chauffeur remains on call. Extra time is billed at the applicable hourly rate.

An unplanned stop on one-way or round-trip transfer service requires chauffeur approval and may not be possible. When accepted, the general fee is $25 for a sedan or SUV or $50 for a van for each 30-minute period or part of a period. This fee is not gratuity.

7. Waiting Time, Late Passengers and No-Shows+

For pickups that are not at an airport, please be ready at the confirmed time. A 15-minute grace period normally applies.

After the included time, waiting may be charged in 30-minute increments at $20 for a sedan or SUV and $50 for another vehicle, unless your written confirmation shows a different rate.

Contact WDT immediately if you are delayed. If we cannot reach you, or if the delay prevents the chauffeur from completing another confirmed trip, WDT may treat the reservation as a no-show and end service without refund or credit.

Airport arrivals use the separate complimentary waiting periods in Section 8.

8. Airport Arrival Waiting Time+

Airport arrivals include complimentary time measured from the flight’s actual landing time:

Domestic flights: 30 minutes.

International flights: 45 minutes.

These times allow passengers to leave the aircraft, collect luggage, clear customs when applicable, and reach the pickup area.

We do not charge airport waiting time for normal baggage, customs, or terminal delays when the passenger stays in contact with WDT or the chauffeur and provides updates.

If there is no communication and the passenger is more than 60 minutes beyond the included time, extended waiting charges may apply and continued chauffeur availability is not guaranteed. The trip may be treated as a no-show if we cannot reach the passenger.

WDT monitors the flight information you provide, but the passenger must remain reachable and follow the chauffeur’s pickup instructions.

9. Airport Pickup Location and Meet & Greet+

Standard airport pickup is curbside outside baggage claim or at the location stated in the chauffeur instructions.

If Meet & Greet is requested and confirmed, the chauffeur meets the passenger inside with a personalized sign near baggage claim or the arrivals area. Airport rules may require a different meeting point.

10. Flight Information+

For arriving flights, provide the airline, flight number, airport, scheduled arrival time, and whether you will check luggage. The same information is strongly recommended for departing flights.

WDT is not responsible for delays or added costs caused by missing, incorrect, or outdated flight information supplied by the customer.

11. Passengers, Seat Belts and Luggage+

The customer must accurately disclose every passenger and all checked bags, carry-ons, backpacks, strollers, wheelchairs, golf clubs, coolers, boxes, pet carriers, and oversized items.

Every passenger must have an available seat belt. Belongings must fit safely without blocking exits, chauffeur visibility, or passenger space. A chauffeur will not overload a vehicle.

If the group or belongings exceed the reserved vehicle’s safe capacity, WDT may require a larger or additional vehicle at the customer’s expense and subject to availability. WDT is not responsible for delays, missed transportation, or added costs caused by incomplete passenger or luggage information.

12. Service Area and Affiliate Transportation+

WDT’s primary pickup area is Tampa Bay, Sarasota, and nearby communities. Long-distance drop-offs and selected transportation elsewhere in Florida may be available.

An out-of-area trip may be performed by an approved transportation affiliate. Affiliate service, vehicle details, pickup availability, and trip-specific policies will be disclosed when applicable.

13. Vehicle Availability and Substitution+

All service is subject to availability. WDT may substitute a comparable vehicle because of maintenance, weather, safety, operational needs, or another unexpected condition.

A specific vehicle model, model year, color, feature, or seating layout is not guaranteed unless the written confirmation expressly guarantees it.

14. Passenger Conduct, Smoking, Cleaning and Damage+

Smoking, vaping, unsafe conduct, harassment, abuse, and unlawful activity are prohibited. The chauffeur may stop or end service when conduct threatens a person, the vehicle, or safe operation. Service ended for passenger misconduct is not refundable.

A minimum $250 cleaning fee applies when smoking, spilled drinks, wet food, pet hair, vomit, urine, or another substance soils the vehicle. The customer is responsible for the full cost of repairing damage caused by the traveling party.

15. Alcohol and Drugs+

Alcohol may be considered only with advance written approval on eligible hourly or charter service for adult groups. Reserving a Sprinter does not automatically permit alcohol or open containers.

Every passenger must be at least 21 years old, and government-issued identification may be required.

Passengers must supply and control their own beverages. WDT does not sell, provide, pour, or serve alcohol.

Alcohol may never be offered to the chauffeur or placed within the chauffeur’s reach.

Written approval is valid only when the vehicle, chauffeur, and trip qualify under applicable Florida law, local rules, licensing, and insurance requirements. If the legal requirements are not satisfied, alcohol and open containers are not permitted.

The chauffeur may stop alcohol use or end service because of unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or excessively intoxicated behavior. Cleaning and damage charges may apply.

Illegal drugs and unlawful controlled substances are prohibited in every WDT vehicle. A violation may end service without refund or credit and may be reported to law enforcement.

16. Pets and Service Animals+

Pets are welcome on private rides with advance notice. Provide the type and approximate size so WDT can recommend a vehicle with enough room for passengers, luggage, carriers, restraints, and supplies.

The customer is responsible for controlling the animal and for cleaning or damage beyond normal use. Applicable service-animal laws remain in effect.

17. Child Seats+

Florida law requires an approved child restraint for children age 5 or younger. Children through age 3 must use a separate carrier or an integrated child seat. Children ages 4 and 5 may use a separate carrier, integrated child seat, or booster seat.

Child seats may be requested from WDT at no additional cost and are subject to availability. The accompanying parent, guardian, or responsible adult must select the correct restraint and install, adjust, inspect, and secure it according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

By choosing to use a seat supplied or transported by WDT, the responsible adult accepts responsibility for its selection, installation, adjustment, and use. WDT and its chauffeurs remain subject to all duties that cannot be limited under Florida law.

This section is governed by Florida law unless a different written agreement is signed.

18. Unaccompanied Minors+

Unaccompanied Minor service requires advance approval and complete written instructions from a parent or legal guardian. Additional fees may apply.

Service may include chauffeur updates, luggage assistance, flight monitoring, transportation between approved locations, and Meet & Greet when requested. The parent or guardian must provide accurate contact, pickup, release, airline, and authorized-recipient information.

WDT may decline or stop service if identification, authorization, supervision, or safe transfer requirements are not satisfied.

19. Lost Property+

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. WDT is not responsible for baggage or personal property left in a vehicle.

Contact us promptly and we will make a reasonable effort to locate the item. The customer is responsible for delivery, shipping, or chauffeur-return costs.

20. Courtesy Messages and Customer Communication+

WDT may send reservation confirmations, reminders, chauffeur information, pickup instructions, and service updates by email or text using the contact information supplied by the customer.

Courtesy messages do not replace the customer’s responsibility to review the confirmation, provide accurate information, remain reachable, and be ready at the scheduled time.

21. Delays Outside Our Control and Limitation of Liability+

WDT is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical problems, government action, airport restrictions, flight changes, other events beyond reasonable control, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WDT’s total liability for a transportation claim will not exceed the amount paid to WDT for the affected service. This limit does not apply to a right or responsibility that Florida law does not allow the parties to limit.

22. Written Confirmation and Governing Terms+

These website terms apply to WDT reservations unless the written quote, confirmation, contract, or affiliate disclosure contains a more specific term. A trip-specific written term controls when it conflicts with a general website term.

By paying the required deposit or accepting confirmed service, the customer acknowledges these terms and accepts responsibility for sharing applicable rules with every passenger in the party.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
