When your luggage doesn’t arrive with you, the last thing you want is another trip to the airport.
WDT Limo offers private luggage transportation directly to travelers in Tampa Bay and Sarasota, serving TPA, SRQ and PIE by request. If you have more bags than your passenger vehicle can accommodate, we can arrange an additional vehicle for your luggage, subject to availability.
If your delayed or recovered luggage is ready for collection at the airport, we can arrange a driver to pick it up and deliver it to your hotel, home or other destination, subject to airline release authorization and availability.

Delayed luggage or a bag left behind?
Baggage disruptions happen. If your checked bag did not arrive, report it to your airline first. The airline handles tracing and baggage claims; WDT provides separately arranged private transportation once the bag is located and released for pickup.
Left your suitcase at the airport? Once the airport or airline confirms its location and authorizes collection, we may be able to pick it up and bring it to your hotel, home or another destination.

How do I pay for luggage transportation?
If you have an existing account and have traveled with WDT before, we can process payment through our reservation system with your authorization. Otherwise, we will coordinate payment before picking up your luggage. Pricing and scheduling must be agreed upon first.
Can you help if I left my suitcase at the airport?
Once the airline or airport confirms where your suitcase is and authorizes its release, WDT may arrange pickup and delivery from TPA, SRQ or PIE. Submit a luggage request so we can review availability and call you to discuss the next steps. We do not search for missing baggage.
Can you pick up my delayed luggage from the airport?
Potentially, provided the airport or airline authorizes its release to our driver and the service has been confirmed. Airport pickups are currently considered only at TPA, SRQ and PIE.
Can you deliver luggage to my hotel or residence?
Yes, private luggage transportation may be arranged where pickup authorization, routing and availability permit.
Can you arrange an extra vehicle for my luggage?
Yes. If your bags will not fit in your passenger vehicle, an additional luggage vehicle may be arranged, subject to availability. Tell us the number and size of your bags when requesting transportation so we can review the space needed.
How much does luggage delivery cost?
Prices depend on the airport, distance, quantity of luggage and service requirements. Please request a customized quote.
Can you transport multiple suitcases?
Vehicle suitability depends on the number, size and weight of bags. Additional vehicles may be required.
Can you deliver luggage outside Tampa or Sarasota?
Regional and long-distance deliveries associated with TPA, SRQ or PIE may be considered based on availability. Additional airports coming soon.
