Is the destination chauffeur a WDT employee?+
Outside our direct Florida service area, trips are fulfilled by independent professional affiliate operators. WDT coordinates the reservation and trip details as your point of contact.
Which cities and airports are available?+
Coverage is available in many major U.S. cities and airport markets. Send the exact itinerary so we can confirm local affiliate and vehicle availability before the reservation is finalized.
Can you coordinate corporate or multi-city travel?+
Yes. Executive assistants, travel planners, families, and group coordinators can share a multi-city itinerary for organized ground transportation planning.
Are Sprinters, minibuses, or motor coaches available nationwide?+
Group vehicles may be requested in many markets. Capacity, amenities, luggage space, and availability vary by city and must be confirmed for each trip.
How early should I request nationwide transportation?+
