Yes. We provide prearranged private transportation between Tampa International Airport and Streamsong Resort for individual golfers, families, corporate travelers, and groups.

Yes. Tell us the exact passenger, suitcase, carry-on, and golf-bag counts so we can recommend the correct vehicle. Larger groups may require a Mercedes Sprinter, minibus, motor coach, or coordinated vehicles.

Yes. We recommend reserving the return trip in advance because Streamsong is in a secluded Central Florida location and last-minute transportation may be limited.

Yes. We can coordinate airport arrivals, hotel pickups, multiple vehicles, group manifests, golf equipment, resort arrivals, dinners, and scheduled departures.

Tampa International Airport and Orlando International Airport are common choices. The best option depends on flight availability, group origin, private aviation plans, and the complete Florida itinerary.

Hourly or scheduled service may be arranged for dinners, meetings, off-property activities, and flexible group movements. Share the complete schedule so we can recommend the most practical plan.

For trips with golf bags, an SUV is limited to 4 passengers with up to 4 golf bags and 4 carry-ons. Groups of 5–8 passengers with golf bags must book a Sprinter. More than 8 passengers with golf bags require a larger vehicle or two vehicles, selected around the total luggage load. These are planning limits, not a guarantee that every bag size will fit. Confirm golf-bag sizes, travel cases, carry-ons, and all additional luggage before booking.

Golf bags must travel in the designated luggage area, never on passenger seats. Wheels, metal parts, and hard cases can damage leather upholstery. WDT Limo by We Drive Tampa cannot guarantee that all luggage will fit if you book an unsuitable vehicle or do not disclose the complete luggage load. Any vehicle upgrade or extra luggage vehicle must be arranged and confirmed in advance for a WDT passenger reservation, subject to availability and additional charges. We do not accept last-minute requests for extra luggage vehicles when bags will not fit at pickup. Clients are responsible for repair costs for damage caused by their luggage; this does not permit loading golf bags on seats.

Yes, but only for a passenger trip booked with WDT and arranged in advance. Tell us the total passenger count and the number and size of every suitcase, carry-on, golf bag and oversized item in your quote request or email info@wedrivetampa.com before booking. We will assess whether everything fits safely or whether you need a larger vehicle or a separate luggage-only vehicle. Any larger or additional vehicle must be quoted, approved and confirmed in advance, subject to availability and additional charges. We do not accept last-minute requests for an extra luggage vehicle when you are already at the airport, at home or at another pickup location and discover your bags will not fit.
